TIM HATLEY  (Scenic & Costume Designer) trained at the Central St Martins school of Art & Design, London. Work includes: Humble Boy, Hamlet, Stanley (1997 Olivier Award for Best Design), Out of a house (co production with Complicite), The Caucasian Chalk Circle, Flight, Sleep with me, Darker face of the earth (1999 Evening Standard Award for Best Design with Suddenly Last Summer) all for the Royal National Theatre. Richard III, Goodnight Children, Talk of the City (RSC). Private Lives, Another Country, Suddenly Last Summer, The 3 Lives of Lucie Cabrol, Moscow Stations, Puntilla & his Man Matti, HMS Pinafore in the West End. Opera: The Marriage of Figaro (Aix en Provence Festival), Love for 3 Oranges (Cologne Opera), Carmen, Orpheus in the Underworld, Return of Ulysees (Opera North), Ariadne auf Naxos (Scottish Opera), Les Miserables (Gothenburg Opera.) Other work includes designing the exhibition Vivienne Westwood- A London Fashion, for the Museum of London.

Arthur Miller The Crucible on Broadway,  Richard Eyre's revival of Arthur Miller's The Crucible, which begins previews Feb. 16 at the Virginia Theatre, has added a number of Broadway veterans to a cast led by Liam Neeson, Laura Linney and Brian Murray. Joining them will be Tom Aldredge (1776), Anne Pitoniak (currently in Dance of Death), John Benjamin Hickey (Love! Valour! Compassion!) and the newly-announced Christopher Evan Welch (London Assurance, the current Off-Bway Othello), J.R. Horne, Paul O'Brien, Jeanne Paulsen, Jennifer Carpenter, Henry Stram, Patrice Johnson, Jack Willis, Frank Raiter, Dale Soules (The Magic Show), Kristen Bell, Betsy Hogg, Sevrin Anne Mason and Stephen Lee Anderson. Angela Bettis (The Father, opposite Frank Langella) plays scheming Abigail.
